Pittsburgh 3d January 1794 Dear Sir I have herewith enclosed Doctor Wallace’s account, as stated by Himself. Please to examine it & return it with your Remarks & Instructions Respecting it. I have already advanced him apart of that sum on Accounts. The Garrison of Fort Franklin is paid. The Muster and Pay Rolls (together with the Rolls of the Garrison of Beaver Block House, which are nearly Compleated) shall be sent by next Post. The Muster Rolls of Wheeling are not yet Returned to me. I have Paid the Garrisons of Fort Fayatte Personally one Months Pay, it being Impossible to obtain authentic Muster Rolls, in Captain Crawfords absence.
A further supply of Blank Rolls is Wanted.
