The clothing directed by the Secretary of War's letter of the 25th instant, to be packed up for the troops at Knoxville, and forwarded to Richmond, in Virginia, he now requests, as the navigation of the Delaware is obstructed with ice, may be transported by land carriage, addressed to Andrew Nicolfon Marcht at Manchester, who will be further instructed, from this office, relatively to the conveyance from that place, to Knoxville. By the same opportunity you will please to forward a Chest of medicines, now in your care, marked for Captain Kirr's company, at present commanded by Lieutenant William Richard.
