The Post will Scarse allow time to achnownt the receipt of Your favour of the 21st inst and the money Come to hand —
For the [undecipherable] Money you are entitled, had arrived two Posts I Should thereby been Sooner prepared for my Philad journey which the Secretary of War has [undecipherable] from [undecipherable] — I have been this day under a Necessity of Drawing on you in favour of John Wilkins jun for two hundred [undecipherable] five Dollars & Eight Days Sight which be pleased to Pay & Charge the Same [undecipherable] Dollars Hire —
