Document 1793Discusses officers at the Upper Posts of Ohio River. Should be enabled to make out authentic muster and pay rolls. I have recived your favour of the 6th Instant & revive J. Tinsleys recpt.
I should suppose that the Officers at the out posts on the Ohio & instructed agreeably to the forms & rules D.J.B. transmitted to you must be enabled to make out authentic Muster & pay rolls at all events. I wish you to put that part in train which belongs to your direction without delaying for Capt Crawfords Return as they are much in want of money, if they do not execute the orders the attention of their pay will then be owing to themselves & not to the public or its officers —
