Mr Britt desires me to inform you that he has paid the Balance of his returns in account, to be due to the late Capt R. S. Hower, to his Creditors here so that every demand on you for that Sum must not be Complied with — Send me three months pay at least for the Legion, and my extra requisitions for purposes De afore
