Sir,
With this you will receive another remittance of Ten Thousand Dollars, making with the five former sums forwarded by Abel thirty three dollars to which add the Specie, sent by Burbington the amount being Six thousand five hundred Dollars leaves in my hands two thousand five hundred dollars of the thirty five thousand reserved on your Account a part of which I expend you has appropriated in the Payment of the Cavalry Implements forwarded on your last request. The remainder Shall be duly accounted for. I Shall be made happy when I hear these remittances have safely reached you, as below request I wish you to send your receipts with your Acknowledgements of the arrival of the Cash.
