The Quarter masters have much accu'd as they arrive. Early in the Commencement of the next week I will arrange with Colonel Hamilton the mode of advance, or consult with him upon this unlooked for excess of the estimates for the Quarter Masters department, and in what manner it may be satisfied the appropriations being exhausted.
