A considerable part of Henderson's loading is also yet to come, — the German Town Waggons have Arrived, their loading in bad Order, Packages nearly all in pieces, and new Hogsheads & Boxes to be provided, One Bale of Blankets are Injured, all the other Articles are pretty Safe. I am now preparing Quarterly Returns & Abstracts of Disbursements, which I expect to have Ready by next Post, in the Mean time I have Inclosed you a Statement, by which you will see that I am Under a Necessity of calling upon You, to Assist me in supporting the honor of the "Department," I have therefore most Earnestly to Request you to Apply for, and if possible, by next Post Remit, the Ballance of the Enclosed Acc^t, Viz^t: [undecipherable] or such a part as you can Immediately Obtain.
