Sir,
Your Letter of the 5th Instant I Received Yesterday together with a Packet for General Wayne, and a letter for Capt Harkel both of which I have had forwarded by an Express Boat, same day in Charge of Archibald Moore [undecipherable] and four others good Men well armed, as the River is considerably Swelled, they must Reach Head Quarters in five days —
