Sir, I enclose to you herewith an account of Doctor Allison of 276⁶¹ dollars for his extra pay as Surgeon General from the 7 August 1791. to the 31^st of March 1792. with and order for Mathew Connels to receive the same. Dr Allison desires you will ascertain the subsistence he is to be allowed under his present appointment as a Surgeon Gen. and also that his forage may be estimated and paid out at 16 dollars per month instead of ten.
