I have receiv'd yours of the 3d and 4th instant —
The men inlisted by Lieut. [undecipherable] are to be assign'd to the Rifle Companies and are to be mustered accordingly. In the mean time they are so to have muskets but with the [undecipherable] of having them exchanged for Rifles —
