The Wabash Indians are Arrived, I have paid each of the Waggoners, Ten Dollars, and inclosed their Receipts — the owners of the Waggoners to Account wth you for this Money on Settlement — Capt Pria has Applied to me for Money in order to enable him to proceed, I have had no Instructions from the Secretary of War, that will justify, my advancing Money to Capt Pria, I will therefore thank you to inform General Knox of this Circumstance — a [undecipherable] at is now Ready to carry them to Fort Washington, but their Baggage will not be here, in less than two Weeks, and in that time, as I Presume Capt Pria is not much of an Oeconomist, A Considerable Charge will Accrue [strikethrough: in that time] —
