R.F.O.401810.] [undecipherable] [undecipherable] Aug – 22, 1793 Accounts — [003] 103 103 --- Sir, Pittsburgh 22^d May 1793 — M^r William M^cHenley, who hands you this letter, has agreeable to Contract, at the Quarter Master General Furnished, and delivered a Considerable Quantity of Forage at Muskingum and Fort Washington, but not having his Vouchers for delivery at this Post, previous to Col. O'Haras departure, & not being furnished, with Money to discharge the Acct, have drawn on you in his favor, at Eight days Sight, for Eleven hundred and four dollars, which please to pay, and Charge it to the Quarter Master Generals Acct.
