Containing One hundred and forty seven Notes of three Doll^rs each amounting to four hundred & Forty seven Doll^rs which sum is intended for the pay of the Garrison at Fort Franklin for February last — you will please to give the Gen^l duplicate receipts and transmit the same by the first safe conveyance to the Commanding Officer at that Post — I am necessitated to trouble you on this occasion, not knowing any public Officer at Fort Pitt so capable of transacting the Business.
