With this you will Receive five thousand Dollars, in Post Notes, being part of the Forty thousand last found, on your Requisition — the small balance I shall hold, to meet your Draujm'd Drafts or Untill I have your further direction — by letter by this days Mail, I am advised, that the Army has proceeded to Fort Washington, but I am not advised Whether you accompanied it —
If this should find you at Pittsburg, I will thank you to inform me, what Articles providing for the present year, will be first Wanting; every thing is in Motion, but some Supplies may be more immediately wanted, and those on Notice will command a greater Attention — the Wabash Indians ten in Number, Under the Government and protection of Captain Rhea, left this City for Pittsburg in two four Horse Stage Waggons Yesterday —
