Schenectady April 24^th 1793 You will please to furnish the following articles fifty six bars of the further dimensions for two large fifty six bars from [undecipherable] [undecipherable] fifty six pin holes fifty six saddles twenty six straps paintries for fourteen [undecipherable] Sails for the two large Batteaux with Buaffs Sheets and Bolyropes — The long batteaux to be [undecipherable] The large Batteaux to be made with Storm Sheets The Storm Sheets about ten feet long — The two large batteaux to have Awnings, about fifty feet and one half high from the bottom of the last load, and so long as to cover the Storm Sheets but lead, and to be powered with pointed head The Awnings must be [undecipherable] with painted Head rasted to the plate of the Awning — no I Curtains of green bays must hang from the [plates?] of the Awning to the batteaux to brass robs on the outside of the batteaux and straps must be made to the plate for holding up the Curtains we [undecipherable] dome in straps [undecipherable] like Curtains for the front and rear of the Awnings A bride of thick bone boards for each of the large boats 10 long and broad as to leave room for a [undecipherable] to step over it between the Sheets and bulk The large batteaux must have a false bottom [WFF019]
