Sir,
I request that you would form an estimate of Tents and Camp Furniture necessary for the Commissioners, who are to hold the Treaty at Sandusky, and that in forming this estimate you would consult Colonel Pickering thereon —
I should presume that the furniture for the Table should be upon a pretty extensive scale.
Besides the tents for the accomodation of the Commissioners and such persons as may accompany and attend on them a number probably to twenty, I apprehend there should also be a large tent for a Me[s]s tent, and to serve as an occasional place of Council, the size of which may be given by Colonel Pickering —
