Sir,
I am favord with yours of the 13th ulto with reference to me Bills of Store at Fort Washington and Hamilton on the 1st January last — my accounts to the year 92 are Transmitted to the Treasury for examination you may be assured that they shall be subject to preparation such manner as that he satisfaction to Government in being as from due diligency.
By my Abstracts of disbursements for February, you will perceive that monies on Account have been to Morrow and the Children Island ant their agreements, we have been paid publicly to pay. You will readily in the necessity of giving Regimental Instructions accending Three Men by the well both halt hane the forms of Marketing you illustrated in
the Store that may be necessary for the present year.
The Accounts of Major McCarty Commissary of Forage are ready and will soon Compleat in the Quarters Settlement, necessary supplied and sent on to Fort Washington, equal to my expectation. I am convinced that nothing false will attend the want of this Article. You will receive accounts returns to the 1st April.
