I am favored with yours of the 23nd ulto with references to the Bills of fees at Fort Washington and Hamtists on the 1st January last — my accounts to the year 1792 are forwarded to the Treasury for examination — you may be assured that they shall be setled in the prefinest — on Such manner as shall be satisfactory to Government as early as Time & urgency.
