Adams Militia you have omitted to transmit the payrolles to which the warr.^ts of the commanding officers should be annexed, in conformity to the instructions from the Comptroller — I now enclose the list of & continuation of the abstract of Warrants & charges against sundry officers — I am much at a loss for information respecting the acco.^ts of the Troops subsequent to 1^st Jan.^y 1791.
