Sir,
I have the honor to transmit you, a List of the Invalids Pensioners for the State of Connecticut with my warrant thereon for the payment of their annual Pension, commencing the fifth of September one thousand Seven hundred & ninety two and ending the fourth of March next inclusively.
The Secretary of the Treasury will furnish you with the necessary funds to pay said Invalids.
You will be pleased to observe that the Invalid Return, as examined by the district Court of the United States are not included, as there is now a bill depending before Congress which will ascertain the mode of paying them.
I have caused advertisements to be inserted in all the public papers, that the payment will be made by the Commissioners of Loans for the respective States on the fifth of March next.
With respect to the instructions you will be pleased to have Strictly to those given you on the 30th of January 1792. and confirmed by my succeeding letters.
On the fifth of June next you will transmit to this office a Return of the Invalids who have applied and to Whom you have made payment in which you will also note any Deaths
