Edward Carrington, sixty stands of Arms, with accoutrements complete — They are intended for the recruits belonging to Capt William Pipton's company, at the rendezvous at Montgomery Court house Virginia — Please also to send a supply of ammunition for this above —
Col. Carrington will be so obliging as to attend to their transportation from Richmond —
