M. Stores to Col. O'Hara I presume he will forward it to you A Return of Cloathing is almost Completed and Shall be sent by next post— Business at this post has been so very extensive hitherto that it has not been in my Power to Monthly Returns, I Shall endeavour however to be more Regular in future— By seperating the fine powder from the Coarse by the powder Sives.
