R.P.O. 401310] Pittburg 7^th Jan^y 1793 D^r Sir I have herewith Enclosed Micheal Steems Receipt for Payment of Carriage of Gen^l St Clair Baggage & Store to this Place, this Ought Certainly to have been made A Public Acc^t— as Gen^l Wayne I Suppose has— however if this cannot be done Please to Let M^r Henon or any other of your Clarks Call on Gen^l St Clair for Reimbursement of the Money I have Paid on his Acc^t— In Order to Enable Col^t Nevill to Purchase Some Necessary Articles for my Barrack I have taken the Liberty of Drawing on you in his favour, for four Hundred Dollars & am in hopes it will not be Inconvenient for you to.
