Messrs Alexr Scott &co of Kentuckey have presented at this Office a claim for Dolls 2166 9/100 which they state to be substantially due to them from the United States on a purchase of 200 Horses, made, as they alledge, in consequence of Authority from you in a letter of the 26th Oct. 1791 to Mr. Matthew Ernest.
