The Secretary of War requests that you will please to have packed up, with all possible dispatch, one hundred & ninety pairs of woolen overalls for Captain Joseph Kerr's company stationed, at present, at Salisbury, in North Carolina — Have them Shipped on board the first vessel for Petersburg in Virginia, consigned to Messrs. Ebenezer Stott & Co. Merchants, who will receive and forward them —
