Dear Sir,
being absent from Pittsburgh at the departure of the two last Posts I now have the Pleasure of Acknowledging the receipt of your letter and Two thousand Dollars, by each [undecipherable] amounting at [undecipherable] thousand Dollars, on Account of the Quarter Master Department.
