Expects arrival of Creek chiefs. Enclosed copy of letter from McGillivray, the letter does not please Seagrove. Seagrove discussed McGillivray's duplicitous nature and his underhanded actions. Hopes the U.S. will reprimand any Indian tribe for actions taken against the nation.
