I am of Opinion that Post Notes in my Name, would pass very safe by the post, inclosed you have the denominations that I Shall endeavor to Circulate, provided you send the Gold regulated and the Silver you Certainly have Some Idea of our perplexity, with want of Small money. — you will Therefor endeavor to Send the Small Sum required, it will cost but about fourteen Carriage by a Safe Waggone. — if you Cannot, procure the Gold regulate Send on a Complete Sett of Scales, by which I may have it regulated. the loss on retailing gold, on receiving it by Single draft is intolerable.
