Hodgdon Esq^r. ] [1792] Know all Men by these Presents that I Thomas Gibson of the County of Hamilton Territory North West of the Ohio Do Constitute and appoint Samuel Hodgdon Esquire of the City of Philadelphia to be my lawfull Attorney for me and in my Name to Demand and Receive from Benjamin Mifflin Esq^r. Accountant in Major Howells pay Office the Amount of payment of Sunday Discharges of Soldiers of the 1^st and 2^d Reg^t U. S. Levies. Viz^t. Dan^l. Holsman I M Sey^t of Maj^r. Clarks Batt. Simon Richards Serg^t. John Mac Donald Serg^t. James Frazer John Dailey David Kirkpatrick Hugh O'Donnell Jos. White all of Cap^t. Platts Company Hugh Camerón John Balland Moses Thompson of Cap^t.
