I have the honor to acknowledge your [undecipherable] of the Mr [undecipherable] with the enclosures & will pay due attention to those matters you have recommended.

I order we shall now be able to [undecipherable] with the [undecipherable] & inspection of the troops — but we will be [undecipherable] the Receipts of discharging many of the men who [undecipherable] were — [undecipherable] never will be fit for service, they are at present a nuisance to the Legion & an expense to the Publick.
