W'E That [undecipherable] of [undecipherable] County [undecipherable] in the service of the United States of America, for a valuable Consideration to me in hand paid and before the sealing and delivery of these Presents, by [undecipherable] have bargained, granted, [undecipherable] sold, remised, released, quit-claim, transferred and assigned, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, quit-claim, transfer and assign to the said [undecipherable] and his heirs and assigns for ever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand, which I now have and all the right, title, interest, claim and demand, which I, my heirs, executors or administrators at any time may have to all the lands which I am now entitled, and to all the lands which I or either of them may at any time hereafter be entitled to from the Congress of the United States of America.
