Pittsburgh Sep^t 5^th — 1792 Sir I have just Received your favor of the 2^d instant, containing Instructions Respecting the disposal of the Cloathing; & Enclosing Letters to the Commanding Officer of the 1^st & 2^d Regt^s also a general Invoice of Cloathing, to all of which particular Attention shall be paid by this post.
