Received me wherein you request me to Stop
the Sum of $11 2. 69 Cents of John Bowins pay
also 10/1. 36 Cents of Mr Welsh (Due Shop, Said to
have been paid by Maj. Cobb & Ivan McBuin
not yet applied Consequently the Sums men-
tioned Shall be retained when he does apply
But the Money Due to William Welsh [undecipherable]
was paid To a Certain Joseph Evans [undecipherable] County
who [undecipherable: probable reading administers] on the Estate of the [undecipherable] Mr
Welsh at May Court & produce a [undecipherable: probable reading certificate] [undecipherable]
the [undecipherable] County of his having done So which
[undecipherable] (and a Receipt from the [undecipherable: probable reading Commissioner])
are now in my possession, & which Receipt is

exactly with your Directions, that the receipt
