Know Ye, That I Charles White of the [undecipherable] Regiment of the Pennsylvania [undecipherable] in the Service of the United States of America, for a valuable Consideration to me in Hand paid by Jacob White of the County of [undecipherable] at and before the Ensealing and Delivery hereof, the Receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, Have granted, bargained, sold, remised, released, quit claimed, transferred and assigned, and by these Presents Do grant, bargain, sell, remit, release, quit claim, transfer and assign to the said [undecipherable] Heirs and Assigns for ever, in his and their proper Use and Benefit, all the Right, Title, Interest, Property, Claim and Demand, both absolutely my said Attorney irrevocable with full Power to receive, ask and [undecipherable] of and from the said [undecipherable] which [undecipherable] entitled to from the State of [Pennsylvania] [undecipherable], for his Services rendered in the Said State, or the United States of America I [undecipherable] hereby appoint just Jacob White my lawful Attorney irrevocable, for a valuable Consideration to me in Hand paid by Jacob White and by their Presents, Do grant, bargain, sell, remit, release, quit claim, transfer and assign to the said Jacob White Heirs and Assigns for ever, all and every the Rights, Titles, Interests, Property, Claims and Demands upon the United States for any Monies as Certificates, and every other Debt due by the State of Pennsylvania or the United States for Services rendered by [undecipherable] from the United States of America for [undecipherable] Services, or for Stoppages of Clothing, Rations, Gratuities, Commutations or otherwise howsoever, To have, hold, receive, take and enjoy said Lands, Monies and other the Premises above mentioned and assigned to the said Jacob White to his Heirs and Assigns to his and their proper Use, Benefit and Behold for ever. And I the said [undecipherable] do hereby covenant and agree, That I, my Heirs, Executors and Administrators, or any of them, Shall and will, at any Time hereafter, at the Request, Cost and Charges of the said Jacob White his Heirs and Assigns, make, sign, seal, and as due Form of Law, execute and acknowledge all and every just requisite Alts, Things, Conveyances and Assurances in the Law whatsoever, for the more full and perfect conveying and assuring of the Premises aforesaid upon the United States of America as aforesaid; and also for Receiving, Transferring and Effecting the Same to any Person or Persons whatsoever, as by their Counsel learned in the Law, of him the said Jacob White Heirs or Assigns, Shall be reasonably advised, devised or required.
