Description

Supply of rations for Indians insufficient to meet needs, Seagrove placated Creeks desire for more food. Mentioned the cost of war with the Creeks to the state of Georgia, and that conceding to the Indians wants was the only manner of securing peace. McGillivray's obstruction of peace noted, now it is believed he is advising the Spanish.
