Sir
I must take the liberty of troubling you once more for the Pay due my company of Levies last Year. I am very anxious to go to St Marys County for a few days, and know my men will be after me for their money as soon as I arrive there. Major Gaither will be able to give you any information that I hope will be necessary on the occasion. The Company's papers being all lost on the 4th of last November, I herewith inclose you all I can say on the Subject in question. Ensign Campbell Smith's receipt will be Sufficient for any Cash advanced to this regiment.
