P.3c] Be it known that I Thomas Tull late a private Soldier in the [first/second] Pennsylvania Regiment commanded by Colonel Richard Humpton or any other Officer or Officers in the Service of the United States of North America hath made named and constituted and by these presents do make ordain constitute and in my place and stead put and depute Frederick Moliness of the City of Philadelphia my true and lawful Attorney irrevocably for me, and in my name and stead but to the use of him the said Frederick Moliness his heirs & assigns for ever to ask demand and by all lawful means recover and receive all such sum or sums of money as well as grants or confirmations lands and tenements or other demands whatsoever by the United States or the State of Pennsylvania a any person or persons acting under their Authority I also give and grant unto my said Attorney full power and absolute authority to fell and dispose of all and singular the Lands tenements gratuities and donations which he may be entitled to or of right may claim in virtue of an Act of the United States in Congress Assembled or under the Authority of Pennsylvania for by reason of my having Served in the [first] or any other Regiment of the Army of Pennsylvania and by good and Sufficient assurances in the law to grant convey and confirm to the purchaser or purchasers the fee simple and inheritance thereof hereby granting unto my said Attorney full power and authority to appoint one or more Attorneys under him or them for the purpose aforesaid ratifying and confirming all and singular whatsoever my said Attorney shall or may do in the premises by virtue hereof.
