The public service requires that the recruits at the different rendizvoues should be assembled on the frontiers without delay — It is therefore my request that you march under one of your subalterns all the men excepting a small recruiting party to the mouth of the [undecipherable: Mus?]kingum where they will be clothed and equipped —
