Dear Sir
I have not duplicates of Captains Charles Wells, Rob. Prater, Samuel Wise & [undecipherable] though pay abstracts and [undecipherable] as settled by you the 4th June last. neither have those Officers any duplicates thereof, therefore payment cannot be made to the Individuals untill copies are obtained from you. I will be much obliged to you to forward them by the earliest opportunity.
