I request this day by the hands of Matthew Linn 3 Hhds No. 5,6,7 - 1 box No. 13 - 4 Arm [page torn] No. 1,2,3,4, said to contain sundry clothing, Arms and Accoutrement as per Invoice there with sent - Also 12 Common Tents, 10 Camp Kettles, 6 [axes?] and 50 Canteens & Straps - for the use of my Company. I am, Sir, Your humble Servant H. Carbery P.S. So far as we have examined the Articles, agree with the Invoice, except the Socks, that are seven pairs short of the number mentioned. H. C.
