I have the honor to inclose you the Rect of Thomas Marden & James Oliver Waggoners for twenty nine Boxes containing 348 Rifles to be delivered to Major Craig at Pitts burgh for Acct of the U. S. to whom I have forwarded a suplicate Rect — this parcel completes the No of 490 Sent forward, the whole of the Rifles on hand shall be carefully packed & forwarded as speedily as possible — from York no Rifles have been delivered Since the beginning of may, but the workmen then, if I may credit Letters Recd from them this week, will not disappoint me —
