My dear Sir
I have been honoured I write your favour of the 16th Ulto: This day and shall most chear-fully attend the Experiments, especially to your Desire and forward attented [strikethrough: Certificates] upon them — provided [undecipherable: ged] Wilkinson will permit them to be separated — They have once been made. and Records of them I suppose are before you; but those were not under my Observation —
