Description

Seagrove informs Governor Telfair that, after a meeting with the Creek headmen, the tense situation with the Creeks appears to have been resolved on the condition that the terms of the Treaty of New York are met by the United States. The Creeks have been unjustly charged with the murders of a Mr. Yarborough and his son.
