A License of Abraham Fowler to carry on trade and commerce with the Indians western the Genesee River, for the space of one year.
To all to whom it may concern
Know Ye that the said Abraham Fowler of the City of New York State of New York is hereby legally licensed and authorized in consequence of the special order of the President of the United States, by the subscriber to carry on trade and commerce with the Indians western the Genesee River, for the term of one year from the date hereof.
And that the said Abraham Fowler has given the bonds prescribed by Law for the true and faithful observance of such rules and regulations as now are or hereafter shall be made for the government of trade and intercourse with the Indian tribes.
Given under my hand and the Seal of the War office of the United States in the city of Philadelphia this Seventh day of May one thousand Seven hundred ninety two
