To all Persons to whom these Presents shall come Greeting. KNOW YE, that I, [undecipherable] of [undecipherable] township [undecipherable] in the State of Pennsylvania, [undecipherable] Administrator for [undecipherable] [undecipherable] deceased, [undecipherable] of the [undecipherable] [undecipherable] [undecipherable] in the service of the United States of America, for and in consideration of the sum of [undecipherable] lawful [undecipherable] to me in hand paid at and before the ensealing and delivery of these Presents, by [undecipherable] The receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold remised, released, quit-claim, transferred and assigned and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, quit-claim, transfer, and assign to the said [undecipherable] and his heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, property, claim and demand which I now have, and all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which my heirs, executors or administrators, at any time hereafter may have to all the land which I am entitled to, and to all the lands which or either of them may at any time hereafter be entitled to from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and also to all and every part of the land which I am entitled to from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by reason of any Act of or for [undecipherable] in the Commonwealth, for [undecipherable] the United States of America, for and during the war with Great Britain and to every part and parcel thereof — And also I assign him all my money for arrears of pay due or to become due from the United States, and also all sums which are now and hereafter due for me for my services as aforesaid, for any supplies rendered to the United States or to any foreign State, for a particular description of said lands, pay, money, and premises hereby granted and assigned upon, and to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said [undecipherable] And I the said [undecipherable] his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns hereby covenant and agree to and with the said [undecipherable] his heirs and assigns, that I the said [undecipherable] my heirs, executors, administrators or assigns will and will at any time or times hereafter, at the request, cost and charges of the said [undecipherable] his heirs or assigns, make seal and execute or cause or procure to be made, sealed and executed all and every such reasonable act and acts, thing and things, conveyance and conveyances, assurance and assurances in the law, for the more fully, absolutely and perfectly giving, releasing, transferring and assigning, all and singular the right title interest claim and demand, which I the said [undecipherable] by his heirs executors and administrators may at any time hereafter have to and to the lands, pay, monies, and premises hereby granted and assigned, and of in and to every part and parcel thereof, unto the said [undecipherable] his heirs and assigns, is to the only proper use and behoof of the said [undecipherable] his heirs and assigns for ever, as by his heirs counsel learned in the law, shall be reasonably advised, devised, required — I do hereby appoint the said [undecipherable] my true and lawful attorney irrevocably, in my name or otherwise, but for the sole use and behoof of the said [undecipherable] to ask, demand, recover and receive [undecipherable] for the lands aforesaid and receiving the pay, monies, or premises aforesaid, and to [undecipherable] in the lands aforesaid, in any manner [undecipherable] collectively, a grant or grants, patent or patents for the land described and receiving the pay, monies or premises aforesaid, and to execute any receipt or receipts in my name or otherwise, as aforesaid, and upon receipt thereof to pass any requisite receipt or receipts or voucher or vouchers for the same — And I, the said [undecipherable] for myself, my Executors, and Administrators, do covenant and agree to and with [undecipherable] heirs, executors, administrators and assigns of the said [undecipherable] [undecipherable] one Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety Two.
