To have, hold, receive, take and enjoy the said lands, monies and other the Premises hereby granted and alligned and Assigned for the only proper use and behoof of the said [undecipherable] his heirs, executors administrators and alligns, for ever. And I the said [undecipherable] for my heirs, executors [undecipherable] administrators and alligns hereby covenant and agree to and with the said [undecipherable] his heirs, administrators and alligns, that for the said [undecipherable] my heirs, executors, administrators or alligns shall and will at any time or times hereafter, at the request, cost and charges of the said [undecipherable] his heirs or alligns, make, seal and execute, or cause or procure to be made, sealed and executed, all and every such act and acts, deed and deeds, things and whatsoever conveyances, assurances, releases, and other acts and deeds as for the perfect granting, conveying transferring, releasing, transferring and assigning all and singular the rights, lands and other the premises which I have said [undecipherable] his heirs and alligns for ever [undecipherable] my heirs executors and administrators may at and from time to time and at all times hereafter pay, make, answer, fulfill, satisfy, and perform to the said [undecipherable] and at in and to every part and parcel thereof, those the said [undecipherable] [undecipherable] his heirs and alligns for ever, as by [undecipherable] their counsel, learned in the law, shall be reasonably advised, devised or required.
