I have received your favor of this
Prinstant.
I have only to repeat my instruc-
tions to you, relatively to former objects, and
to desire, that if major McCully commanding
the troops of this State should apply to you
for one hundred muskets and bayonets, that
you furnish them takeing his receipt therefor,
and inform me thereof. The inclosed
letter, relative to other officers of the appointments
