The Notes are of the following denomination Viz No of 50 dollars from No 290 to No 345 making 400.— Only 50 dollars from No 329 to No 933 100.— [Total] 500.— I need to be informed that the large Notes will answer your purpose without going to the United States, I am attended by the first Officer of the Paymaster, or I am attending with difficulty that I can comply with the order of the Secretary of War, as the Bank is directed to check where the urgency of the Notes as required.
