I Robert Sutherland do acknowledge to have voluntarily inlifted myfelf [as] a Soldier in the Regiment commanded by James Collins in the fervice of the UNITED STATES, for the period of three [years], unlefs fooner difcha[rged, upon the] terms mentioned in the act, entitled, "An act for regulating the military eftablifhment of the United States," paffed the thirtieth day of April, one thoufand feven hundred and ninety. And that I have had read unto me the rules and articles of war againft mutiny and deferton, and relative to the adminiftration of juftice.
