Howe with 26 Men has Returned from Wheeling, and is now assisting at the Barracks.- I have Inclosed Return of Stores up to the 31st Ultimo Since which I have forwarded to Fort Franklin - two Barrel pounds and all the Musquet Ball on hand, depending on a supply Comeing forward; and in People now employed in labrotary.
